What DLCs can this mod be combatable with?

It should be compatible with all Firaxis DLC content off the top of my head, as it pre-dates G&K, and sticks to techs found in all versions.

As for other mods; Any that change relevant techs are likely to be an issue (assuming they are defined differently in the database, rather than just in cosmetics).
