6. Possible Keeper's recruitment upon imprisonment, requires neutral/friendly with Flotsam Ninjas/Anti-Slavers, will cause endless raids if player has a base. Nixing Keeper recruitment as I simply don't have the energy. Moving the Black Tower into a Vanilla Location in the Hub to improve compatibility.
