After resetting settings... configure the settings as below.

Gradient Start Color: #bbbbbb ( light gray )
Gradient End Color: #ffffff ( white )

Opacity: 100
Peak Opacity: 100
Orientation Bottom: bottom

Bars: 32 ( less bars )
Size Ratio: 2 ( bigger leds )

Smoothing Factor: Low ( this is optional, but by the looks of the screenshot i used a bit of smoothing .. smoothing tries to smooth out height differences between neighbouring bars )

Positions might need some adjusting if the wallpaper is not used on 16:9 as the background might be cropped differently. Just be sure to keep the both X values for the left side identical and as X values for the right side identical so that the left and right edges are perfectly vertical. Values are the offset ( in promille of screensize ) from original position, and not screen coordinates.
