I can't remove my background image

Hrm.. The background gradient/image should turn it off, but I see that doesn't work ( any more ). I will look into that, should be a quick fix.

One thing you can try is click on the red x button behind "Background Image" which should remove the image.

The checkbox should work after you receive the last update from steam.

I click the red x ,the image is removed but when i turn to another wallpaper and turn back ,the image is still there

That looks like a bug in the software, I don't store the settings myself. I'll create a bug report.
