I think i have it inside Road to 56 RP (because when i selected México i could see the "Curse of Huitzilopochtli" national spirit, but when i start the game i get the normal Mexico´s focus tree and also there´s no new national spirits nor decissions but there are more companies actually, so it´s pretty weird. Should i download it again?

I play in 1.9.3 and have all dlc´s
