I think it should be like this: you can use it to get into an enemy's spawn, but once you do it it disappears for 15 secs and you can't cloak or disguise for 10 secs. To craft: Spy-Cycle + 2 Reclaimed

How about
+ on hit: bleed for 3 secs
-15% damage penalty
-no random critical hits

also interesting, but the whole point is that it's a key, so it should be able to do key related things like opening doors.
Uhh, I think It should be just like the pan, ham shank, ect.

but just a reskin isn't interesting, the whole point is for a new weapon.

im not sure if opening a head and skull of a living human and finding nothing but blood and organs would stasify me.

Spawn rooms are ment to be safe zones for teams to spawn in... alowing anouther team to get into the spawn would just break the game

i would just go on Uberupgrades servers with my friends take away the the -effects and just farm keys XD :TR:

im not sure would opening a human skull and snatching out someones brain painfully while my hands are covered in blood while the enemy is screaming would stasify me...it just does not work that way

dude this is just a giant KEY not a magical keysword of magical magic out of magicland that was created out of magical magic and turned into a keyblade that mystically appeared in tf2.
