I think the these two zooms is a interesting idea.
+15% charge speed
Can headshot without scoping
Disadvantages:
-25% damage when not scope
-15% damage scoped
I think the ability to headshot without scoping at significant damage redution could be intresting and make sniper more viable at mid/close range like an amby spy without using the lucksman.
