How exactly does it happen? I guess when you log out, or you go back to your ship then return to your world, they revert to the default colors?

I need any information you may have, because on my PC, the colors work normally right now.

All the shrubs and flowers with the exception of the toxic bush have all gone back to their default colors. The Prisms are fine also. This happened right after the last Starbound update and I can't change the colors back, even after breaking and producing new ones. Please help! This is my favorite mod!

Beemerblonde, are you sure everything is up to date? I just did a fresh install, then subscribed my own mod here, and placed every single colorable object of my mod, then colored them randomly.

So: Do you use any other mods that could possibly cause trouble? After coloring things and coming back to the default colors, can you send me the starbound.log of that session?

You don't have to check anymore, I've found the issue. Things seemed to have changed in 1.31 once again, I just uploaded the fix and tested it and it should work fine now!
