Invisible/missing uniform on ADVENT Gunslinger
I started a new vanilla campaign and the Gunslinger is missing body armor and helmet. He is basically a head with a gun. A bit disconcerting. I tried refeshing ini and that kind of stuff, but no dice. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Oo

That's a new one i never heard of. Got no immediate idea on what could have caused it. Maybe some faulty download that unsubbing and resubbing could fix, but to be honest that's a complete stab in the dark.

I'll try unsubscribing and resubscribing. Considering the number of mods I'm running, finding a conflict would be a needle in a haystack.
I think this is also happening for me, just the head and the weapons are visible. I am also like GreatOldOne, I have a ton of mods on aswell... I could try my best though, if that would help.

tried subscribing and unsubscribing and that didn't work.

I have to assume some sort of mod conflict then, probably with something recent because i never heard of this before.

recently subscribed Mods: M41A Pulse Rifle, Rorsch Rail Gun, AK12 Assault,G36 Rifle Pack, True concealment, Spectre Class, Class Mod Force Recon 1.2 lw, civilian scream

So, are any other units affected? Or is it just specifically the Gunslinger? Because that'd be doubleplus strange.

advent striker and gunslinger are both affected. Have not seen any other class. The head (no helmet) and the gun are all that is visible. Link to screenshot. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=924125376

Drawing a blank here, sorry.

I know these models and textures work, they have been in the mod since a year without change. And a conflict is really not all that possible either, as the files used here are native to ABA. Unless some other mod changed the actual models that the vanilla game uses - but in that case you'd get the bug on every trooper, not on specific ones.

No clue what the hell is going on. If the usual three steps don't fix it, i don't know what else to tell you:
1) Refresh ini files. (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/793861140/215439774865868203/)
2) Unsub/Resub to ABA
3) Verify XCOM2 gamefiles from Steam library
