Report a translation problem
That's a new one i never heard of. Got no immediate idea on what could have caused it. Maybe some faulty download that unsubbing and resubbing could fix, but to be honest that's a complete stab in the dark.
I know these models and textures work, they have been in the mod since a year without change. And a conflict is really not all that possible either, as the files used here are native to ABA. Unless some other mod changed the actual models that the vanilla game uses - but in that case you'd get the bug on every trooper, not on specific ones.
No clue what the hell is going on. If the usual three steps don't fix it, i don't know what else to tell you:
1) Refresh ini files. (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/793861140/215439774865868203/)
2) Unsub/Resub to ABA
3) Verify XCOM2 gamefiles from Steam library
