Chinese localization is not working

Checked .CHN localization files, in notepad++ all chars are ?????, guess something wrong with encoding when author upload the files.

Yep, a difference in the file format messed up all the chinese characters. I found the issue and already fixed it in my own version. Fix will be in the next version. Until then, please download the files from MantLemon and copy them into the folder yourself.
