Why the heck do you think I shouldn't play in this mod only just because of army size?
Right click scripts.txt and select edit.
Find line
First 100 - Base party size ( native default is 30)
Second 100 - Increases the max party size for each point of leadership. (native default 5)
45 -> Base size for all parties (default 30)
30 - Base party size for lord parties (default 10)
15 -> Increase max party size per point of leadership (default 5)
30 -> Renown needed to increase max party size by 1 (default 25)
60 -> Final divider for AI lord max party size (default 80)
I've found the divider is usually what makes a pretty sizable difference for AI lord parties. If you want to go the extra mile, edit party_templates.txt and look for all of the kingdom reinforcements.
8 15 -> 8 is the minimum and 15 is the maximum
Also note that if you do change these numbers, make a backup because whenever I update the mod, it will overwrite all the files.
In any event, still huge thanks for the developing.
