I'm getting weird priority issues using the C shortcut with Jade Dragn. It seems like the county level 'raise levies' is the highest priority for C, not the popup window option currently in focus.

When i select a holding in a county and select an upgrade, hitting C raises the levies in the background before selecting the affirmative button to build the upgrade.

When I press V with multiple armies selected instead of deselecting one it open a "Select the new king of..." windows, nothing happens with the selected armies

I get that with just one army.
