Getting a crash when trying to load a game with the latest patch (2.8.3) and the latest HIP version (2018-05-23), no ARKOInterface; everything loads fine with just latest HIP.

I did successfully re-validate integrity of the local files.

Is there any additional info I can provide? Really enjoying this mod, and would appreciate any help with troubleshooting.

Try forcing steam to redownload the mod: First unsub, then delete the .zip and .mod files, restart steam, then resub.
This should help as steam some times have trouble properly updating the mod.

If that doesn't work, could look at error.log under "\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\HIP\logs" or "\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\logs" and see if there is any indication of which file is causing the crash?

After I removed the mod files and re-subscribed Steam does not re-download it for some reason, even after restarting Steam and game multiple times. So it indeed seems like Workshop's fault for not downloading the latest mod version.
Appreciate your help, will keep trying to make Workshop do its job %)

Edit: I managed to finally make Steam download fresh version of the mod, and I want to confirm it is working perfectly fine. Thank you sir!

If I have 16 demesne or more, the 16th to n demesne got collapsed into ...
could this be changed to accomodate more than 15 demesne?

I guess you're talking about the outliner?
Sadly most of outliner is hardcoded, meaning it can't be modded.

NOT compatible with ARKO Interface. Reinstal HIP without ARKO Interface.

I noticed a problem with misplaced names in outliner.gui - all the names are shifted to the right, instead of inside the outliner box:
