Mod File for anyone who wants to fix it

ive downloaded the modpack or whatever you call it and uploaded to google drive, if anyone is up to update or fix it, its all yours, im afraid this is all i can do as i dont have the knowledge to do it myself, good luck

Looking into it, there was no need to upload these files separately though, they're in the mods folder in ARK's directory for everyone that subscribes
