no settlers building, no improvments to buy just reduction turns.
Hiayah all ! Pls help me ! I can't build settlers and buying improvments on Civ5, BNW, all DLC, Vox populi 3-7. I've tried almost all combinations, creating new game "reset settings", almost all configurations EUI, no-EUI, CPMC, CBO etc...... Please HELPPPPPP ! What to do step by step ???
