Report a translation problem
This is due to the nature of the combined training building. Other mods use different buildings as a way to work around it. One of the best solutions I've seen comes from @ucmlost:
"For people who are having issues of pawns training in a disabled skill change the skill range of the bill. If you set it at level 1 or higher pawns with that skill disabled will ignore it since they do not qualify."
Yes, players will have to let untrained pawns train somewhere else, but this should be not an issue.
