I removed it because I felt the glow was too strong for the eyes and looked unrealistic (it would be very hard to see out of an eye that is producing its own light) and I didn't know of any other way to rectify it at the time. I have done an update to the skin to improve the overall detailing on the body and I have managed to come up with a solution to the eyes so they will have a very subtle glow now without being too overbearing. If you really don't like this change I would suggest using the control collar (If this skin gets accepted) with it as the colour matches the skin quite nicely.

Also, Raptor Collar is bugged for that skin. It does not make the eyes glow
