No, but they still will spawn in the wild, a bit rare, but in suitable regions (ice in snow biome, gas in swamps, acid in jungles, etc.)

they most likly use a mix of the islands and custom spawners you can try using theisland guide it will most likly work for it

Well, I loaded everything as default. Just to see how it looks. They definitely loaded in, and they are certainly not rare. Saw them pretty frequently, except the Ice ones. I couldn't see any quetzal spawns, which was interesting. Could just be coincidence. I am novice at how mods work, but I am trying to learn. I was looking at the island guide you posted up, is there a break down of the lines' code and what editing each section will do? I'd like to make whelps more frequent and full size dragons less so. (They've destroyed my base randomly flying by 3 times now on the Island map). Thank you for the response!

add 0s to the maxspawn percent and spawn weight for the ones you want less of
take away 0s if you want more

Is there a graphical map of the possible spawn location with location names? And if it's possible, how could I find out what Valhalla's location names are?
