How do I tame a Hellkite?

me and my friends haven't summoned one and dont know how to tame it, if it can be knocked out by super tranquilizer darts or what we even feed it, this is a heavily modded server, any suggestions?

It should eat elder dragon kibble and the super tranq rifle should do enough torpor to ko it.
