Maybe add a requirement like: Not at war with japan? (I know, probably not the best solution but something like this.)
Edit: Alternatively: Add to the 'Unite China' Focus that you leave the faction. (So even if China is in a war, you can savely kill them off <.<)
Will not add a dismantle faction mechanic to Unite China for historical accuracy, and to keep AI from taking it and doing stupid things.
Okay, after playing it again: Might wanna add Sinkiang to the list of 'After war' war goals, cause they tend to join ComIntern and therefor drag Soviet Union in the war, WHILE at war with japan.
Also, PRC needs those updates too to their foci.
