Stats If It Were a Soldier Weapon?
We have the Gunboats and Mantreads, so why not?

+10% less damage while in the air after rocket-jumping
- 10% more fall damage

Wait -10% more? So you would take more fall damage?

I think it should have increased speed and no fall damage, also incresed fire damage because there thick boots.

I guess that could work, but I mean, fire damage? I get that they're thick boots and they fit the look of it, but it doesn't really feel pretty balanced. So increased speed and no fall damage could lead to constant rocket jumping while You can also jump away from pyros. Unless the increased fire damage is like 80% more or once he's on fire, increased fire damage to probably like 50% + slowed down below base speed + very low rocket jumping arc (Since they're thick, steel boots)?

- My Stats -

Pros:

Damage dealt on enemies comes back as knockback resistance to the maximum of 100%
On 100% knockback resistance the wielder is immune to airblast force of flamethrowers

Cons:

Double damage taken by reflected projectiles
