HELP!
I can't find him anywhere in four shields tavern even near the fire.I have no dlcs and have redownloaded it.

When I was creating it and he didn't show up I deleted it and then redownloaded it, I imagine unsubbing, loading the game, then subscribing again might fix the issue.
