Cloaking Issue

Everything seems to work as I am able to "giveitem" (Single Player). I fully dressed myself except the offhand. I do the Shift Y and I go invisible and timer stars. However, I still get attacked and the dinos follow me around. Am I missing something? Is there some ini settings I didn't see/add to my game?
