Weather changes are really fast!
I mean they are like Thunderstorm raging *sudden silence* the sun is shining! Whole skybox is blue and clear in a sudden second. Is this normal there in Tamriel, I have never been there myself,I have dragon allergies?

Because I don't know if such fast weather changes are normal in Tamriel.... by the "big book" or other TES games...

Whet exactly does this mod change or even add into the game assuming you two are referring to Project Reality:Climates Of Tamriel - Lite Version which I was thinking from a YouTube I video I watched it was just called Climates Of Tamriel unless theirs multiple versions and is it compatible with other mods like the touring carriages one for example?
