It should be the scorch shot though... as that is what he used in Meet the Pyro...
Finally I can have a proper secendary instead of a shotgun sking for my pyroland loadout.

Finally! the pyro needs a pyroland flare. Reskin of the scortch shot? (Thats what the pyro used in his 'meet the' video.)
