The download failed in my case it lists in game but no cars to choose. Get error window for a problem with the vertex shader. I updated my video drivers. Re-downloaded the package uninstalled and reinstalled the package still broken! In launcher menu packages folder does not even give me an option to uninstall it just to delete it which it doesn't even do that.
