Mac instructions doesn't work for Linux
In the Mac installation guide, it says "2. Launch the game, click single player...", however this doesn't work in Linux, if you do that you'll play a normal random 12-players game even with the "Load scenario" chek button activated.

To play this map properly in Linux:
1. Download the Mac version, available in the description of this workshop mod
2. Put the .Civ5Map files in "~/.local/share/Aspyr/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/Maps"
3. Launch the game
4. click "Mods"
5. click the "Next" button
6. click "Single player" (from now on this is the same as the Mac instructions)
7. click "Set up game"
8. click "Advanced setup"
9. Change the "Map type" to the version of Play the world you want; if you hover the mouse cursor over the map name in the list you can see the game's pace for every version of the map, be sure to select the correct to your desired pace.
10. click the "Back" button
11. Under the map's name now there should be a "Load scenario" check button, be sure to activate it.
12. Select the civlization you want and play!

This have been tested in Archlinux x64.

To be sure that this works, when pass the first turn you should see, at the bottom, that all the players up to the 22th play his turn; if you only see until the 12th then the scenario isn't working.

Have fun Linux gamers!

PD.: I didn't check if the start positions and city states are correct, I *suppose* they are but anyway I will update this post after finishing a game (Edit: confirmed, the map works perfectly from beginning to end).
