I have the same issue but I think it might be because of my PC but it could also be because the npc mod hasn't been updated

this sounds like Overgrown 3+ not being supported on the newer versions of unturned which means it simply will not run or load or start up on Overgrown 3+ specifically, i am not sure though, but this sounds like the most accurate definition of the problem.
