My Stats Idea
-20 damage
-10 speed
-50 uberheal
-20 initial rotation
+25 Speed Bullets
100% Crit on stunned and scared enemies
Random Crits are exchanged for minicrits
one bar will fill with damage,that bar will mark the enemy to die.
