Below is a list of instructions that allowed me to win.

1. Technology is key. Drop all aspirations of Bombers, Navy/Subs. Instead only research Heavy and Medium artillery plus Anti tank . Heinkel fighter and heavy fighter line only. This allows for tech stacking. With tank tree go down the PzIII path only. Dont bother with stugs or armoured artillery. Priorities for research are:
a. industry. b. doctrines. c. electronics. d. latest equipment.

2. In the beginning don't build tanks or planes or ships. Every factory goes into producing Infantry requirements. Gets you to anchluss and sudetenland quicker. First tank produced is the pz3 and first planes the he100 and bf110 equivalent. These will get you france with ease.

3. Build marines. You need them to do naval invasions. In this mod, no marines, no landings. Paratroopers are cool but you cannot up-tech both . Marines are more useful.

4. Ignore Africa. Ignore Turkey. Ally Finland. Trade deal with Sweden.

5. 20 width infantry. You don't need garrisons till later. 30 width tank divisions. Set your inf in a broad front under AI control to allow maximum tank control.

6. With Barbarossa dont expect to push past former Poland. Micro attack with tank divisions under full manual. Take slices and concentrate on destroying pockets of soviet divisions. Expect to win by causing 10+ million in soviet casualties.

6. Be prepared for Soviet offences. Stop attacking a couple of weeks early and setup a defensive line using terrain. Use your tanks behind the line as fire brigades. This is where you will beat Russia. They will attack and bleed themselves white.

7. You need to become the arsenal of Fascism. By 1942 you should easily be able to afford lend lease to your allies in fighters and tanks.

8. Tiger heavy tanks appear unkillable to the AI. So worth investing in as an addition to your panzerwaffe.


Finally a tip: Don't rename your infantry division template! If you do you wont get the infantry divisions from the mobilizing decisions.
