Coordinate war Efforts?
The old decision for "Italy will not defend your borders" (and others) is no longer available. THere is only the "game guide" choice listed until Coordinate War Efforts.

I have Italians in Norway and German Panzers in the Dutch East Indies in various games.....gotta restore that decision option.
