Land doctrine (Mobile Warfare) requirements
Why does "Blitzkrieg" require the tech "Mass Motorization"? The doctrine is clearly supposed to be the "German" doctrine but in reality the German army was anything but "mass motorized". If I understand the tech's tooltip correctly it would replace all horses from the army with vehicles.
