So... Yeah. I'm midway through my first campaign as The Third Reich and after Poland refused an anti-Soviet alliance I said "Welp, Fall Weiss it is then...". Mind you I managed to trade Slovakia for Danzig thinking that I could make this a total anti-Soviet campaign, which I thought would be fun. Beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of Stalin while the rest of the world just sits back and watches? Why not?
So I go to invade Poland.
A couple weird hiccups here and there, like some of the attacking divisions starting with ZERO organization!(?)
France calls in the UK about a day later, who then proceeds to call in the rest of its empire of course. Fine, have it your way capitalist scum!
About 2 weeks into the invasion... The USSR throws down the gauntlet over supposed fascist aggression! Again, All my political maneuvers up to this point have been relatively mild compared to the historical Fuhrer...
O-kay... Things just got a little bit hairy.
But- wait... WHAT THE?!
I am in the Axis ALONE!?

Somehow after signing the Tripartite Pact and a slew of other agreements with Italy & Japan, neither of them joined the Axis?! I investigated what might have been the root cause and I narrowed it down to two things:

1. Japan formed their own faction. Why oh why does this even happen bro? I am SICK and TIRED of this happening in Germany campaigns, regardless of mods I use, this happens consistently and I just want to rip my hair out when I get to Fall Weiss time I come to discover that Japan created their own faction- AGAIN!!!

2. Italy. Can't. Join. A. Faction... U wot m8?

So, fortunately I'm not dumb enough to start Armageddon without saving first so I can at least revert to before things fell apart. But that does help to redress the problem of the Axis of ONE.
When the Soviet's started pissing on my parade and no help was in sight I thought, maybe there is hope... So I waited a few more days. And a few more...

Japan? Hey, brother from another mother on the other side of the world. Do you mind if I show you this little piece of paper you signed that said you would help to destroy Communism? See? Here's where you signed it about a year ago... Why are you looking at me like that? "Omae wa shindeirou." Okay, whatever. Sauerkraut tastes better than kimchi anyway!

Italy? You remember this note you signed about 6 months ago that said you agreed to help me root out and destroy the scourge of atheistic communism?

Even without the Axis holding us together they couldn't find an excuse to back me up, when Stalin didn't even NEED ONE in the first place. Cowards.
Despite my "allies" being micro penis cucks, I don't think I can win against these odds. Even when I feel like I've had the best start to any campaign with Germany I've begun this just feels like a massive defeat for the fun factor of this mod. So I hope somebody can help me salvage this catastrophy. Maybe give me a cheat code of some kind to force the Axis into its historical outcome? Something. Anything!
