This adds useful skills as spells that are powerful and can be used by any class.

I am against that "Level and Fame Mod" with respect.
increasing x2 stat skill points is very powerful and fills 2 trees of a class... and 500 more levels means 500 more points? It's too much and only specific modded classes could use all of those points.
The answer is a potion that acts like the original game shrines that boost any skill to an extra and temporary 15 minutes of +1 or +3 ranks.
This is a surprisingly more balanced and optional modded way of increasing power without spoon feeding 500 unnecessary fame or levels of points above multiplayer crashing 100+ or 2+ too many points per level as most other mods do.
Let other players decide if they want 2 times more points or not... and these potions are optional so players don't have to use them unlike actual skill and fame points or 500 levels.
Besides these potions by vanilla standards only mean 2 more maxed skills at best.
So 12 skill ranks is boosted to _15 minutes_ of 15 ranks... 7 becomes 10 and 2 becomes 5.
Again the original game has this in the form of shrines and this mod only makes that available from the vendor for a small price and users can drink them every 14 minutes to regain the effect and without the need for those hard to find shrines.

Reiner's Gear may not be lore friendly but it also adds some useful weapons, armor and gems that can be used by any class and is the answer to the problem of having no options outside of the class restrictive end game armor from the original game.
And it's worth noting that the armor used is from the game itself re-painted and balanced by the mod-author.
And yes I am thankful for Talon's Raiment Mod... it's just that it's only one set...
I recommend we _avoid_ Legendary Runes and Thrashers Armory as they mess with the loot tables too much unlike Reiners which does a better job.

I realize and respect your decision to avoid Sniper Rifles since their names are not lore-friendly and I'll keep my speech short... it offers a new weapon type that is viable for both vanilla and synergies and is balanced by it's slow attack and high power and guaranteed long range... there is currently no other mod that offers sniper rifles.
I will respectfully make this my last comment on the Sniper Rifle Mod as I'm pleased with the mod pack in almost every way.

If Mamba's couldn't be added then Anarch is worth considering since it was requested and the mod author made sure the pets are balanced.
This linked report has been gathered over 2 years to prove that any mod that increases character level beyond 100 WILL crash multiplayer.
The words below are taken from descriptions of the mod authors and extended authors themselves from their mods and their collections or users from the comments sections so the words below are not mine.

This mod raises your max level to 500 and fame to 200, from the games default level 100 and fame 33.
Update: i have now included two of my related mods into this one.
Newgame+11: this adds more ng+ modes up to level 600, about 11 ng+ in total.

Hello i would like to know if the modder of this mod is still active and also if he can make this mod for Multiplayer and Lan compatible too please ? because i just discovered with my friend that this mod was not compatible and not working with multiplayer and Lan..... thanks you for the answers.

@everyone: I'm not the creator of the mod, but no it's not possible to make it LAN/multiplayer after lvl 100. It's hard-coded within TL2 engine, you would have to ask TL2 devs to do it.

This mod is the same as Dracos Merged Pack, but removing Apocalypse mod (which increases lvl to 200 among other things). We were having some trouble playing in multiplayer after lvl 100 due to a game restriction while creating games, so removing that mod made the issue disappear, along with the apocalypse mod entirely.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU'RE CURRENTLY OVER LEVEL 100
1. Enable the console.
2. Join your game with the original Dracos Pack.
3. Reset level to 1.
4. Exit game and remove the original Dracos Pack, change for this one.
5. Level up to 100 with the console.
6. Enjoy the game with your friends!

Mods, works only in singleplayer, for some reason (actually, you can enable em in multiplayer too, but then your game will crash or character bugged, so - thats highly not recommended).
I have posted this in order to link to the other option of simply raising the skill point gain per level and fame from 1 point to 2 points.
Stat Points are now 990 total raised from vanilla total 495.
It can fill almost 2 skill trees.
Vanilla can only max 8+ skills and this can max 17+ skills.
Combine that with the 15 minute Skill Potions Mod at +3 and that can max 21 skills.
Most classes only have 30 skills so that's a nice spicy balance between the two mods.
I have chosen to avoid mods that raise the experience and fame gain for the sake of balance.
