instead of bullets it shoots Righteous Bison lasers (of course, reducing rate of fire. maybe it shoots, like, 1 (or 2 if 2-3 level) every .75 seconds)
And the super laser on top has cow mangler effect. im thinking it has to charge up, then does the charged attack that sets players on fire.
infinite ammo. however, it occasionaly has to charge back up
5% more vulnerable towards sappers
the R.B. lasers are faster. maybe the speed of a rocket from the default rocket launcher?
