"I love the mod. It used to work for me but now it doesn't. It will show up is the Steam Workshop tab but not the Mods Tab. Help?"

So I found a soloution. I went through the workshop on the drive I installed the game on and found the mod then I copied the folder and renamed it NetworkExtensions2 then I found the right folder to paste this folder into which is C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods it doesn't seem to matter where you have the game installed it seems to always be in the same drive as your user.
