Hey guys,
Just got the same issue.
I downladed SKSE from browser (https://skse.silverlock.org --> Download installer) and run it.
It create a shortcut on your desk that launch Skyrim via SKSE, and it works !
No error code and opening inventory don't take much time.
Hope it will works for you.
