1. In a mod of mine I added a perk to be able to put 3 enchantments on an object. This is not supported by the Enchanting UI.
2. I'd like to add a conditionalised line of text to the item info panel (on the right side, shows name, value, weight, etc of the selected item) just like the heavy/light armor tag, but on the right side of the window.
My question is: Would I have to edit the swf files? If so, do you even tolerate modders editing your swf files?
Can you point me to some related documentation (not the mcm one obviously) or info?
