Don't get me wrong, the helmet is beautiful... But isn't a plague doctor more of a nekros or even nidus thing?

Plague doctors aren't harbingers of death;
they're literally doctors who devote their time to trying to cure plagues.
But many people thought they brought the plagues with them. When in fact, they were following it.
So no, it's not a Nekros thing. Personally, i think it would be more of a Trinity thing due to the healing factor. But again, the hat/style of the mask fits Limbo far better than any other Frame.
