Added AA 2.6 to Single player world and caused issues with S+ structures

Hey Guys,
I added AA to my Single player works which has a few mods including S+.

Once I loaded up the world half my base had disappeared. Everything within the base was S+

Any ideas what is causing this and if there is a work around?
