Is there a way to modify the Element to Element Dust conversion rate?

I've been looking for a way to do this as well. I've managed to change the dust needed to make element, but not the breakdown from element to dust.

Sadly I haven't figured out a way to change the breakdown, cause you can't use a decimal number it automatically reverts back to a full 1.0 vs 0.25 for example.
