- At the rock cave window, volatiles (the fire ones I witnessed) have a small chance to ghost through the piece of wall to the left and behind the concrete wall.
- 1 out of 3 fire volatiles will refuse to run out of the cave and chase you.
- The Demolisher can't climb up the stairs all the way.
- Spitters that spawn outside by the double-barrel shotgun don't come inside to fight you, but rather stay outside out of reach.
- Medical zombies spawning near the power box and pistol don't move.
- Sometimes, when respawning, the character respawns outside on the side where a story character stands rather than inside.
And that's about it in terms of bugs on the current version. Keep up the work, and I'm sure it'll become something better.
Thank you for a detailed list!
Here are a few recomendations:
1. Give players blueprint to make lockpicks. It could ruin a run if you break them, and never get a chance to try again. Something that would never happen in typical nazi zombies.
2. Make random box a storefront with incresingly overpriced weapons, and include various weapons there. That box is the variety you need in a game like Nazi Zombies.
3. When a player hits round 10, if that is indeed the ending, give the players some sort of quest completed marker so it feels rewarding. I was left feeling a little defeated that there was no ending.
4. The area in the first room with the two tipped over book shelves is entirely safe to hide behind for the whole game. The bombers explode behind the exterior wall, and none of the zombies can get to you. even if there is an explosion in front of you, crouching behind the bookshelves will eat most, if not all of the damage.
5. The bookshelf by the staircase in the random box room is also a relatively safe place to stand on top of. Except for splash damage from bombers, nothing seemed to be able to reach me.
6. Do the respawning teddy bears have any purpose?
7. Does the "Ray Gun" do anything?
8. Love the hidden machete. Won't spoil it's location.
9. The hidden hunting shotgun was so easy to get, and so much better than the double barreled you could buy that currently there is no reason to buy the doubled barreled.
10. Some sort of condition to make the zombies actively hunt you would be helpful. As it stands, many are reluctant to even go inside.
I look forward to seeing more of this project, and playing any new updates.
