Bug: Treasure chest unopenable, causes "Standing" bug

After scouring my map for 10 minutes looking for whatever was causing the "standing" bug, I finally found this: a treasure chest that hadn't been opened and its "open" spot was blocked. I don't know if this is preventable, but setting this to open causes all haulers to stand around doing nothing.
