Armor is unattractive now
With current values armor is very unattractive option vs same level or even lower shield, as they essentially doing the same thing - adding hp to the ship. Armor should offer at least 80% of same level shield hit points.

Try it now. It might be way too much with a 85% boost.

Thanks, shield is still attractive due to regen, but armor is a good alternative if you want to conserve power and make a cheaper ship. This balance looks good now.

Hi, now armor is way too op, it is giving more hp and do not require power, so power slots also get armor = crazy hp ships. It should give approx 85% of hp that same level shield provides, so that full slots filled with armor give almost the same total hp as full slots shields+power stations. Shield benefit is regen, that is balanced with lager ship cost.
