Black Textures???

(image above) I found that the tiles outside of the small building by the main park area were pitch black. They are visible when facing a cardinal direction, being noclipped outside of the map area, and shining a lamp on it. It does not work with a light attached to it. I have deleted all mods I got after I last was in the map. Has anyone else had this problem? What could be causing it?

could be a texture mod/shadow mod.

or just try using mat_specular 0
