let me make some real stats

pros : 20% faster movement speed , 20% more heath when ubered every one that is on enemy team will be forced to taunt or laugh for 10 secs.

cons : has a 20% chance of faulty uber which would make both teams in the area taunt or laugh for 10 secs.
