Broodmother taming?
please some one tell how to tame these bosses.... made the matrix does nothing, tried all the food does nothing... what am i doing wrong?

i believe you uise the core to make the saddle then knockm it out and put saddle one to tame... I just cant seem to get an essence to drop to make the saddle

matrix is used to craft the saddle; you just knock her out and put the saddle on to tame it.

The essence is collected from the dead boss creature.

i have killed 2 manticore and one big gorilla and nothing

did you loot the bodies of the dead boss creature, if you harvested them then a bag should appear on the ground.

I knock them out and kill them and they dont drop it ... is it because i am killing them while unconscience ... if so what are yall using to kill them

@Aaron If you knock out anything in ark and then kill it it will never drop loot. It has always been this way... They drop the essence when killed normally.

Get alot of tribesmen, or alpha rexes.

hey having troubles Knocking out a BroodMother. I can shoot all the arrows at it but its torpor goes to 0 in seconds??

How are you taming alphas? Just a ton of arrows? They seem to shrug off standard arrows.

the compound bow is your friend @calbrenar :) use the poison metal arrows from extinction aswell
