Using ark server manager

I keep getting "Mod failed, if the mod update keeps failing try disabling Output steam CMD"

I disable it, and then I get the error "Connecting anonymously to Steam Public...Logged in OK
Waiting for user info...OK
Downloading item 817096835...\src\common\contentmanifest.cpp (650) : Assertion Failed: !m_bIsFinalized

Any ideas what on what I do from here? lol
