The Island is probably the most balanced as majority of the dinos and resources are easily attainable rather than having weird spawns. However, The Center and Ragnarok have higher lvl spawns, but spawns are kinda crazy and unreasonable sometimes.

Don't try EC on SE, Aberration, and Extinction. The mod is not functional with those maps.

Ragnarok is the best map in my opinion, just beause it supports really nice biomes, and can comfortably house a lot of people. Island is probably second best if you like the Island map.

may i can ask if you got dino spawns in cave on ragnarok? somehow my caves are empty

Your caves are probably empty as they haven't been rendered in. Caves and outside are separate instances. So the caves are stuck in hibernation mode until someone walks in. There are ways to prevent this, but I do not know how to control the server, so I can't help unfortunately.

The Center has been one of the best maps for overhauls like Extinction Core and Annunaki Genesis (more AG than EC though) as it had the most balanced spawns and bosses and the such spawned pretty frequently. Unfortunately though, Wildcard abandoned The Center a long time ago and destroyed its "Dead Island" area with an update a few months ago. First it was dead for weeks, then it was "fixed" and is since then a death trap if you don't have anything strong to go there with. For Extinction Core to work completely without any enemies missing, you should go with Ragnarok as it has every biome needed to spawn some of the enemies (Brown Tribesmen and Manticore Warlord for example need a Scorched Earth biome).

Can't play anymore on Ragnarok, the map itself crashes, I think is an Extinction bug, alot of people are having the same issue
