so i have read that for engrams and such to work it needs to be listed 1st in mod list. i run a dedicated server and never had this issue before but when i move Extinction Core to 1st in list and run the server the mods get rearranged from smallest to biggest number? any idea what the issue is or how to fix it?

I am hosting this on a beefy spare pc so no server hosts are stuffing with it either.
